We recognize that Fibromyalgia is a complex, multi-dimensional health issue. Fibromyalgia has many causes, wide-ranging physiological, cognitive, and emotional effects, and often responds poorly to one-dimensional treatments such as medicine alone.
We offer a comprehensive approach that addresses the physiological pain pathways, restoration of function, cognitive processes, attitudes and expectations, psychological and emotional correlates, and social effects of Fibromyalgia.

Fibromyalgia Treatment Program
This program is offered at the cost of $150/day (or $900 for a 2-week program).
This program is designed as a mini-outpatient version of our full residential treatment program.
The patient will participate in activities at our clinic three mornings per week (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays) from 7:30 am until Noon.
The program involves:
- Pool therapy for increased flexbility with minimal stress on joints and muscles.
- Education sessions that address topics such as: pain medications, depression, changing negative thoughts, health maintenance, activity pacing, assertive communication, improving sleep habits
- Relaxation training on a variety of techniques such as: biofeedback, verbal induction, visual imagery
- Group therapy
- Physical therapy to develop a home-based exercise plan for strength, stamina, endurance, and flexibility.
