Patients seen through our clinic are required to attend the entire 6-session pain course and are encouraged to bring their significant others or family members. In addition, individuals in the community are welcome, even if they are not currently being treated medically through our clinic.
Classes are offered Mondays at 11:00 am and 5:30 pm. They last one hour.
Information and coping skills taught in these classes can help you to manage your pain more effectively in conjunction with the medical and behavioral treatments you receive at our clinic or elsewhere.
